🍀 Delight the kiddos with a fun spin on traditional marshmallow treats. Using your favorite recipe, sub out toasted oat marshmallow cereal (such as Lucky Charms) in place of the crispy rice cereal. Get extra festive with a pop of green food coloring.

🍀 LOVE FOR SHAMROCKS 🍀
Transform a box brownie mix into these adorable Shamrock Cream Cheese Brownies. It’s like magic!

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; pour batter into Rectangle Baking Pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Microwave 1 package (8 oz) of cream cheese in Classic Batter Bowl for 30-45 seconds until very soft.
  • Add ¼ cup powdered sugar and 3-4 drops of green food coloring and whisk until smooth.
  • Spoon cream cheese mixture into small resealable plastic bag. Trim the corner; pipe cream cheese over batter in four rows.
  • Using Small Spreader, gently swirl cream cheese mixture through batter to create a marbled effect. (Pictured Below)
  • Bake brownies 20-24 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out 28 hearts. Arrange 4 hearts on a plate with the points facing inward to make a shamrock.
  • Microwave ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels until melted. Pipe or spoon a chocolate stem at bottom of shamrock.

🍀 Layers of Luck 🍀

Layer brownies, pudding (dyed green, of course) frozen whip topping, crème de menthe candies. Repeat. Then eat!

Irish Cream Trifle

  • Prepare fudge brownie mix (18-21oz) according to package directions and bake in Brownie Bite Pan. Cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, combine vanilla pudding mix (5.1oz) and 3 cups milk in Small Batter Bowl. Add green food coloring as desired. Whisk 2 minutes. Refrigerate 5 minutes or until thickened.
  • To assemble, gently press half of the brownie squares into bottom of Trifle Bowl. Evenly layer with half of the pudding, 1 container of whipped topping (8oz), and half of the crème de menthe candies. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Top with sprinkles or small candy decorations, if you'd like.

Watch how our Cup Slicer makes it super easy (barely an inconvenience, lol) to make this adorable Rainbow Fruit Salad! 🌈 It's perfect for your kids' St. Patrick's Day snacking!
