Infrared Sauna (by SaunaRay)
Whether you're supporting a parasite cleanse, heavy metal detox, or simply need a nervous system reset, this powerful combo helps move toxins out gently and effectively — while recharging your energy at the cellular level.
Our SaunaRay infrared sauna is handcrafted in Canada using locally sourced, sustainable, and non-allergenic basswood in a 100% toxin-free facility.
Unlike traditional saunas, the ceramic infrared heat penetrates deeply at lower temperatures to:
-
Boost circulation
-
Balance cortisol levels
-
Promote deep relaxation
-
Activate heat shock proteins for cellular repair and resilience
This soothing “good stress” activates your body’s heat shock proteins — the same cellular protectors that make us more resilient to inflammation, damage, and everyday stress.
Come solo or bring a friend. This is your moment to sweat, soften, and strengthen — from the inside out.
Red Light Therapy
Red light therapy supports cellular energy production and circulation, which are key foundations for recovery, repair, and overall wellness. It uses specific wavelengths of light to support your body’s natural recovery and repair processes. This device delivers red (660 nm) and near-infrared (850 nm) light, which reach both surface tissue and deeper layers to support circulation, relaxation, and overall wellness
At Waves 4 Wellness, sessions are designed to complement your body’s natural rhythms. Clients often choose red light therapy as part of a broader wellness routine to support muscle recovery, joint comfort, skin health, and relaxation.
This service is non-invasive and intended for general wellness support. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Individual experiences may vary.
