Exfoliation is critical for good skin care. As we grow older the natural sloughing of our dead skin cells slows down. Dead skin cells can clog our pores, cause milia, give us an uneven, rough skin texture, and adds a barrier so that our skin care products can't get down into the skin where they do their work.

And it can be used after any of the other three boosters. It's best to choose one of the other three boosters and use it for at least a month before switching to another one.
