Thanks for visiting! Here's little more about me…
I’m a Christian, wife & mom of 4 from Tulsa, OK. I grew up in Claremore, graduating from Oologah High School, then Northeastern State University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology & some masters work in Marriage & Family Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY.
As a family, one of our favorite things to do as a family is roadtrips! Our goal is to visit all of the National Parks, so far we have hit 36!
Our two boys, Jonah & Judah, recently popped the question, so we have two weddings coming up soon!
We are active in our local church, Evergreen Church.
I have been a believer in Jesus since I was 16, growing in my faith over the years.
I have been attending Bible Study Fellowship since 2010. I am currently serving as a Children's Leader with 12-18 month olds at the Asbury location. BSF has been a tremendous part of my growth in God's Word.
My husband & I have owned our real estate investment company since 2005. Jeremy has been growing the business by building a full portfolio of rental properties in several Oklahoma counties. He's always looking for house buying opportunities in any condtion!
I find so much joy in being a seller for Lilla Rose. I love introducing ladies to our beautiful hair accessories and hair care, helping them feel more beautiful and confident. I have been a rep since 2015. The community of reps and customers has truly been a blessing. Some of my favorite memories are with other Lilla Rose reps & staff.
Our family has been volunteering in Guatemala at Casa Aleluya Para Ninos since 2015. I quit my "day job" in 2021 and since then have spent more time at Casa as a substitute dorm mom, allowing fulltime staff to have much needed vacation. I am usually placed with about 15 little boys ages 6-10. We have been sponsoring children at Casa since 2016. It has been a blessing to build relationships with the children. Our sponor children love us as children love their parents. Everytime I leave, I can't wait to return.

Next, we are involved in the local childhood cancer community, because we have 2 survivors! My oldest son fought Osteosarcoma in 2006-2007. He endured a year of intense chemo and had to have his leg amputated. It doesn't slow him down! He's now an adult, in college studying business. Soon after he finished treatment, I started working for a non-profit organization, building a support network for childhood cancer families. While doing hospital visitation, I met my daughter right after she was diagosed with Leukemia in 2013. We began fostering her, adopted in 2014 and she finished treatment in 2015. She has also been diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, autism, & ADHD. It has been challenging but she brings joy to everyone around her. Growing up so fast...I can't believe she is a teenager now!
I have been helping provide parent to parent support for families since 2007. Currently, I volunteer for Gold4Kids Cancer Foundation of Tulsa, helping plan events for local families.
One of my favorite hobbies is crochet. I recently got involved with Crochet Tulsa, the Oklahoma Chapter of the Crochet Guild of America. Through this organization there are opportunities to bless those in our community with blankets or other crocheted gifts, such as schools, retirement homes, the children's hospital, Ronald McDonald House and pregnancy centers. I also host my own Crochet Club for family & friends...let me know if you want to visit!
In addition to crochet, I enjoy all types of crafting, graphic design, reading Christian fiction & girl time. I like listening to contemporary christian or instrumental praise music. We really enjoy traveling as a family as well as spending time at the lake. Traveling to new places is one of my favorite things to do, especially cruises! The water is my happy place whether it’s the ocean, a lake or river.
