I am a certified Revelation Wellness® Fitness Instructor,
Christian based Wellness Coach, Urban Farmer, Professional Affiliate with the Juice Plus+ Company and a proud Homeschool Mom.

My biggest joy through all of the work that I do is sharing God’s love with others. Whether leading one of my faith-based workouts or a women’s small group or teaching families how to nourish their bodies well and grow their own food, I offer a God-first approach to wellness.
