Bring wheatberries and 4 cups (1 L) water to a boil in (3-qt./2.8-L) Saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook, covered, 25-30 minutes or until tender. Remove Saucepan from heat; drain and rinse wheatberries under cold running water.
Combine vinaigrette ingredients in Small Batter Bowl; whisk until well blended. Reserve 1/4 cup (50 mL) of the vinaigrette for later use. Combine wheatberries, arugula, strawberries and green onions in Stainless (4-qt./4-L) Mixing Bowl. Add remaining vinaigrette; toss to coat using Chef’s Tongs.
Slice Brie log crosswise into 18 rounds using Santoku Knife. Place flour into Coating Tray. Lightly dredge Brie rounds in flour. Spray Executive (10-in./24-cm) Skillet (do not use stainless cookware) with canola oil using Kitchen Spritzer; heat over medium-high heat 1-3 minutes or until shimmering. Cook Brie rounds 45-60 seconds per side or until golden brown. (Do not overcook.)
