Get all of the areas you want to see improvements on like your face, neck, arms, back of thighs, back, stomach, etc.

I encourage you to write down how you FEEL now (bloated, tired, brain fog, emotional, controlled by cravings, in pain, etc.) & keep that in your phone notes to compare on day 30!
