Complete Collagen & Probiotic Tips

First and foremost, TAKE YOUR PICTURES. Yes, this is a must! These are so important for you to have to measure your progress off of!

 

Get all of the areas you want to see improvements on like your face, neck, arms, back of thighs, back, stomach, etc.

(tip: use good consistent lighting and no filter)

 

I encourage you to write down how you FEEL now (bloated, tired, brain fog, emotional, controlled by cravings, in pain,  etc.) & keep that in your phone notes to compare on day 30!

PROBIOTIC TIPS

  • Take on an empty stomach in the morning for best absorption!                  *tip: keep on your nightstand with a glass of water so its the first thing you see in the morning & don't forget
  • If you take probiotics out of the original container, store them in the fridge.

COLLAGEN  TIPS

  • Drink any time of day.
  • We recommend taking 2 scoops a day for the first 30 days to restore your collagen levels back to baseline & to relieve joint pain.
  • If you're taking multiple scoops a day, each scoops has to taken 1 hour apart at minimum for best absorption.
  •   If you are on thyroid medication, collagen should be taken 4 hours after you take your meds if taken before your collagen.

MIXING TIPS

  • Mix first with room temp or warm water, then add ice after you've mixed

           *mixing with ice/cold water will clump*

  • Do not mix with boiling water
  • Mix vigorously
  • Add it to your trimstix or lean protein shake to switch up the flavor
