(it's okay to try them on)

🔹Free of any odors and stains

(e.g. makeup, deodorant, pet hair, etc)

🔹In the original packaging with tags attached

(where applicable i.e. bottoms/swim)

2️⃣ You will be asked to select the reason for your exchange/return.

3️⃣ Finally, in the text box you can add what you are exchanging for.

4️⃣ Once you hit submit, an email will be sent with your shipping label.
