Congratulations on taking the first step to focusing on you! Catch the Vybe understands how hard it can be for us women to take some time for ourselves. By hosting this Workshop Weekend, we are allowing you to choose your own adventure. Your workshop weekend can consist of a full day or two, either way, you get choice! So, grab your water bottle and your comfy clothes and join us to make this weekend all about what vybes with you, because with Catch the Vybe, you catch the vibe and make it your own!

Mental and Emotional Release®
Mental and Emotional Release®, also known as M.E.R., is a form of Brief Therapy. It is a clinically studied technique partially based on Neuro Linguistic Programming and our internal storage facility called the timeline, written about by William James, known as the father of American Psychology, who wrote a book on the Principles of Psychology. This technique helps individuals identify and release negative emotions, such as anger, sadness, hurt and guilt as well as limiting beliefs and anxiety for future events. Through this process, participants will gain an understanding of how this can help them experience greater clarity, focus, and emotional freedom. Milena Sozio, who is also a certified trainer with the Association of Integrative Psychology, will break down to participants the step-by-step process of MER, sharing tools and techniques that can be applied in daily life. The seminar will cover a range of topics including how to identify and release limiting beliefs, how to create empowering states, and how to access inner resources for personal growth and transformation. Milena will take participants through the process of M.E.R. to help eliminate anxiety regarding a future event. Let's help refresh each others wardrobe and anything that does not get swapped can be left behind to be donated to a local battered women's shelter. Feeling frazzled, stressed, stuck? Curious about using art and mindfulness to find some inner clarity and calm? Want to learn a tool you can use on your own? Be guided by Registered Psychotherapist Stephanie Davis through an experiential tool called Focusing (Eugene Gendlin). Learn how to clear some inner space and inquire within without over-thinking!
Focusing consists of six easy-to-master steps that identify and change the way thoughts and emotions are held within the body. Focusing can be done virtually anywhere, at any time, and an entire “session” can take no longer than ten minutes, but its effects can be felt immediately–in the relief of bodily tension and psychological stress, as well as in dramatic shifts in understanding and insight.
