Please read before loading a digital wallet
You are pre-paying for your student’s book fair purchase, including taxes and processing fees, just as if you were to pay in person at the book fair with a credit card. All money you pay up front, including taxes and fees is credited to the student’s account. I NEVER store your credit card information, for your safety and mine.
You will receive two receipts for your purchase: one when you complete the initial purchase and a second when your student buys items at the book fair.
The second receipt will itemize the specific items purchased, taxes, and fees, just as if you had purchased these items in-person. Don’t worry, you aren’t being charged twice—this just shows what is deducted from the initial amount. If your child makes multiple purchases, you will receive multiple detailed receipts.
This process helps students maximize their funds and minimize errors at checkout. If you have any questions, please reach out to me at 775-312-6651 or stop in to the book fair and I will show you everything in detail.
At the end of the book fair, any unused funds will be donated to the library or used to purchase books off your student’s teacher’s wish list.
We work with each student to help them use up their total funds.
