MOST COMMON OBJECTIONS:

 

Objection: "I don't have enough time"

Response: I totally know how you feel! Before I started, I actually felt the exact same way! What I found when I actually jumped in was that it was the most flexible source of income I've ever had. It's meant to be worked within the nooks and crannies of your day! If you can commit to even just working in the small pockets of time you have through your day - that can take you so far in this business.

 

 

Objection: "I don't have a big following on social"

Response: I totally know how you feel! Before I started I actually felt the same way! What I found when I actually jumped in was that having a large following or network does not at all equal success in this business! It's all about work ethic, consistency and being coachable. There's actually a ton of people who've promoted to the top of arbonne with less than 2000 followers.

 

 

Objection: "I'm not a sales person"

Response: I totally know how you feel! Before I started I actually felt the exact same way! What I found when I actually jumped in is that not being a sales person is actually PREFERRED because it means you'll actually be genuine - which is key to success in this business! We never have any sales quotas or targets to have to hit to stay in the business, which creates a zero pressure vibe.

 

Of course to hit promotions there are numbers you'll need to achieve (like any business) but again, the best way to share is your genuine opinions, not to be salesy! Which we'll teach you how to do that. In our team we pride ourselves on running things differently💫

 

 

Objections: "Pyramid Scheme/Scam"

Response: It's a valid questions and unfortunately a common misconception! Pyramid schemes are illegal systems that make money based on recruiting without a product or service being sold.

 

Arbonne is a Certified B corp company and apart of the Direct Sellers Association AND been in business for over 40 years - so definitely not illegal.

 

Contrary to popular belief, we actually don't get paid to recruit people. We only make money when products are sold - just like any traditional business.

 

It's 100% effort based - meaning that you, and only you, are in charge of how much or how little you make! It's definitely not a get rich quick - it's a real business which takes time, effort and dedication to build - but the income is completely uncapped and the opportunities are endless.

 

 

Objection: "How much commission do you get?"

Response:  Consultant get 15-35% personal commission on every order and re-order as well as 6% overrides for your team sales! That goes up as you promote through the company! You can also earn monthly cash awards and other incentives😊

 

There's 5 promotions in the business:

1) District Manager: $200 - $1000 / month avg.

2) Area Manager: $1000-$4000/month avg.

3) Regional VP: $5000 - $15K/month avg.

4) National VP: $15K plus (unlimited)

 

It's completely effort based and unlimited with how much you can earn🖤
