I have fallen in love with Jordan Essentials Hair Care!  I love that these are clean, non-toxic products that I can use!  My hair has been soooo soft and light since I started using JE, and my wavy hair has held it's curl much better.  And it all started with a Scalp Scrub sample!  

Get rid of product build-up, dead skin cells, and excess oil with an exfoliating Scalp Scrub infused with Rosemary, Peppermint, and Caffeine. Leaves your hair healthy, thick and shiny. Deep-cleansing scrub removes product build-up, dead skin cells, and excess oil to leave your scalp nourished and moisturized. To Use: Wet hair. Dip fingertips into Scrub and apply to scalp, starting at the front, massaging into the scalp as you go. Rinse. Follow with Jordan Essentials Shampoo and Conditioner for best results.

Here's my reaction when I tried a Scalp Scrub sample for the first time!!  I didn't have the JE Shampoo/Conditioner yet, so I just used a Suave from Walmart, so any results from this wash were definitely from the Scalp Scrub (and here's the Hair Towel I used)  (2 minutes!):

The USDA recommendation of Magnesium for women, age 31+ is 320mg (420mg for men!).   For teens, it's 360/410, and for 19-30 year olds, it's 310/400.  Keep in mind, that you will not be using a whole teaspoon of anything (except maybe the lotion) at one time.
